Updated from 1990s to 2002; I asked a professional. Knee length black velvet cocktail dress with grey and sheer roses in fabric. Absolutely beautiful Betsey Johnson find. I would keep it but it’s a size too big. Medium or Size 6/8 depending on how you’d prefer your fit. Bust pit to pit: 15.5” Waist: 13.5” Length shoulder to hem: 45”
