2002 Little black slip dress (needs a little tlc) size 10/12

This little black slip dress has been languishing in the back of a closet since it’s glory days in 2002-4 and it’s ready to get a new life. The body of the dress and the lace are in excellent shape, but one of the straps needs some repair (shown in photo 3). The strap can be replaced or it can just be mended. (If you would like, I can stitch it together, I’m competent with a needle and thread, but by no means an expert). This little rayon and polyester dress thinks she’s a 12, but I think it fits more like a M or a 10 (maybe that’s just 20 years of sizing shift) All offers considered
