After 4 hours of wear, they conform to your feet and develop arches and are considered an orthotic shoe which help bring relief to Plantar Fasciitis. Non-marking, nonslip great boat/water shoes. This style is a snug fit for a thinner foot - very supportive fit. Size is a 2 - 3 .Great size for children. You can wear the strap forward or behind the heel which makes it a smaller size.
