2007 Xhilaration V Neck Dress

Retro XS black V-neck wrap dress by Xhilaration. Pleated w/ a bunch of material at the bottom. It forms like a giant pocket inside the dress (great for holding your wallet lol). Elastic at bottom to keep it form fitting. Thick, soft, quality material. It's 15 years old (purchased in 2007 when brand quality was better), but I only wore it once! Still in great condition.
