2023 Spring American Eagle pink flower blouse

It’s a great quality cotton blouse with a cute tie detail in the back. I’ve never worn it except for trying it on. For reference I’m 5’0 with a smaller torso and I have a small bust area. This blouse was definitely made in mind for someone with a slightly larger bust/ slightly taller torso. It was close but it bothered me too much to keep. That’s the only reason it doesn’t fit.
