20s Vintage Silk Blouse, Drop Waist 1920s Germany Buckle VFG

DROP WAIST BLOUSE? Yes. Extraordinary 1920's blouse is silk crepe de chine. Straight cut! Home or custom-made. Simple tie at neckline (and was tied incorrectly in 2 photos!). The low waist is trimmed with black velvet panel that closes with ornate brass buckle. Slips over head. Long sleeves snap closed at short cuffs. It isn't perfect, the 2 small flaws are shown in photos. This old silk shatters so for reinforcing, I suggest lace underneath and same-color thread. Color is tan to taupe! The brass buckle is marked ''Germany'' and there's a color difference in the sides. No stains or marks but not dry cleaned or soaked bust 38'' length 22'' low waist 36'' at hem sleeves 24'' Offers OK
