20s-30s Vintage Heavy Knit Sweater

This is a beautiful circa 1920s or 1930s heavy knit sweater in a navy blue, almost black. It has a boatneck style and thick ribbed banded waistband. The sweater is super heavy duty and warm! Has one interior tag - looks like it says athletic house sporting goods Knoxville. Overall in good vintage condition - there is fabric at the collar that is fraying somewhat - but this doesn’t impact the knit. There are also several repairs that can be seen in pics. No size tag - see measurements in photos - approximately a medium. While this was likely made as a men’s sweater, can be worn unisex.
