21 Cirque Twist line RaRe green costume TuTu skirt

When Forever 21 Twist cane out with the Cirque 21 Line I went nutty and bought it all. The stuff was so unique and fun. This I wore once because of weight gain but its a great piece if you are doing a tinkerbell-poison Ivy-fairy or 80s costume for Halloween. Lined with two diff layers of tulle in 2 diff greens. Size Small. Hidden side zip. I wore this with high top converse-striped tights- a tank black bodysuit and a cute black bolero jacket with a tiny little top hat.
