missbojangles @kmortara Hi! Bust, laying flat above the the drawstring, measures 16." The waist, laying flat with the drawstring not pulled tight, measures 18." Please take into account that the waist can easily go at least, if not more, 2" smaller on each side because of the drawstring. Let me know if you have any other questions!

missbojangles @kmortara totally get it! I always have trouble fitting my top into things that fit the rest of me, lol! If it helps, the dress fits me, and I'm 34D. I think its the deep V that gives the extra room.
