‘22 & ‘54 La Rue & Son Co. Antique & Vintage soda bottles, Made in New Hope, PA

Highly collectible glass company in New Hope Pennsylvania right along the Delaware river. Here are two examples of how the historic small company went from crude bottle molds with minimal embossing to the white applied label, fully molded bottles with blob tops in the 1950s. The aqua color one dates to 1922 and most likely contained mineral water and the clear glass bottle with the white applie paint labeling was made by duraglass in 1953 according to the marks on the bottoms.
