2/$20 Express strappy floral top

Good used condition. Fun floral pattern, perfect for layering under a jacket or sweater. It is sheer so I wore a fitted cami underneath. Detail down the front gives it a shabby chic feel. Ruffled hem. Length is about 24 inches from shoulder to hem but straps are adjustable.
