🔥 2/$20 Forever21 little black dress medium

Medium little black dress by forever21. Ruffled v-neck line with short ruffled sleeves. A-line and very flattering. It has 2 small belt loops on each side seam and would look nice with or without a belt. I have never worn a belt with it and honestly didn’t even notice the belt loops until I just went to photograph it. Questions? Leave a comment below!
