2/$24 H&M Blue Shimmer Flower Dress Tulle Tutu

This beautiful dress is in great condition. The top portion feels so soft like silk (I do not believe it is real silk though). The bottom part is a cute twirly tutu style. The tutu part has some shimmer throughout it. This dress is a deep navy color. Size 7-8 years.
