This Steve Madden dress is the perfect outfit for any outing. Cutesy ruffles give a playful but mature look. Pair it with any shoe: sandals, flats, boots, heels. Never worn. Size Large, but I believe it is a Junior size. I’m a size 2 in women’s and I can fit in it, but it is a little roomy on me. Two small snags, but barely noticeable.
