2/$30 VINTAGE High Neck Shirt Dress

90’s shift dress/ mod style with turtleneck. Light and stretchy fabric with a beautiful floral pattern. Black with gold highlight and green and burgundy roses. Would look amazing with black knee high boots with or without blazer over top:) Could be worn loose if tight. Bust is 18” flat pit to pit Length - 27” from neck down
