I just figured it out & tied myself in recently. Google anything further, if you need. My ideas⬇️ *To wear, tie yourself in firmly without pain. *Wander about your business as the dress warms up (like shoes). *45 minutes, to an hour, tie a bit tighter, making sure you can breathe. *Wear for the first time, for about 2 hours. *Repeat the next day, or until desired tightness is achieved. *Having a friend to help is a huge plus. *To tighten, firmly tug top, huge loop towards your head, then bottom loop, down towards your booty, in stages. Then, tie the loops together in the middle. The closed look, called "tight lacing," is unnecessary, as long as the dress is hugging you firmly. The modesty panel can be folded under, for an open look as well. Many corsets don't have them.
