Vintage velvet jacket by 24 Karat in a Chocolate Brown with gorgeous floral embroidery detail with sequins and beads. Double hook at eye closure at middle. Lined. Preowned with some stains and fading as shown in last four photos, and a small snag in lining. There are some small loose threads throughout embroidery that are hard to see. Measurements in photos.
