24 month Dress

This is an adorable 24 month dress. This dress was made in the USA. There is a ribbon that was tied in a bow and pinned on the front purple section going across the chest area, but I took it off to press it and I just left it off. I will send it with the dress. The elastic on the sleeves is pretty shot, but you can't tell when the dress is being worn. My daughter liked the sleeves better that way, because she didn't like tight sleeves around her arm.
