This pretty little summer dress couldn’t be more fun for the 2 toddler that wants to feel festive. The dress is made by YOUNGLAND BABY. It was worn once and then put up. The patterns and colors are so much fun. The neon pink and green ribbon with the black and white scribble flower design is so cute and fun. There is sequence throughout the entire dress so the child will sparkle as well. The big flower on the front ribbon is the final thing that tops this dress off. There is also a sewn in black slip that has lace detail added to the bottom of it. It helps to make the dress fall in a fluffy way. Kind of like a very soft hoop under it. Very soft.
