@bienprix thanks for getting back to me! What's the meaning of "black gold"? Normally filled gold wires are available for metalsmiths but I've only seen the regular three colors, never black. Thank you.

@image_abstract I did some research and found out that it gold that has been coated with black rhodium to give the black appearance. So the piece is still gold filled but coated with black rhodium. Hope this helped.
