26/28W Black & White Geometric Print Belted Dress

This is NWOT. I was sent the wrong size, and I ended up keeping it because I don’t have a store near me. It is entirely too big for me, and it’s not worth getting altered. It’s a pull on style and features a skinny, red patent belt and a cute little button detail on the sleeves. Pit to pit is 29” across when flat, so 58” around.
