27" square vintage Italian Acetate scarf

Made in Italy WPL 209 WPL numbers were issued by the Federal Trade Commission from 1940-1959. It's made from 100% acetate which was popular until the 1960s. This leads me to believe it is vintage late 1950s but I can't be sure. The scene depicted is The Great Wave of Kanagawa by Japanese ukiyo-e artist Hokusai. There are no stains, holes, rips, or tears in the scarf. There are creases in the material from being folded that may not come out.
