For the morning tea, you will need tea bag or tea infuser to go with it because it contaibs tea teaves. For the night tea you dont need tea infuser because the tea has been seperated in every tea bag for you.

keradawn @annatruong135 Ohh..ok! I don't eat a lot of junk food just a weakness for salt n vinegar chips at times, but I now keep some cut cucumbers in vinegar in the fridge. Lol Now we the morning tea will that interfere with work? 😶 lol And is it natural movements not that cramp feeling? Again, I apologize for all the questions love. 😆

You will have exactly 14 tea bags for the night tea which enough for 28 days, and usually I always have 1/3 left of the day tea after 28 days. And fyi, this is a 28 day skinny teatox, so not a 30 days
