Waist across measures 14 inches unstretched, has a lot of stretch, can stretch to at least 20inches comfortably. Top is made to fold down, folded it’s about 12 inch rise Unfolded rise would be about 15 inches (again- meant to fold down ) With top folded down=41 inches from top of waist to bottom of hem From very top without folded down to bottom hem =44 inches ( it’s made to be folded down though but wanted to be clear with my measurements) Inseam approx 30 inches
