Does it stretch? Would a size medium fit?

The entire bodice is stretchy so even though it an XS/S in size, it does stretch in that area. I am mostly a medium and it fits but it is too long for me.

@jill2370 I am about your height and it is slightly long for me. It is better with heels but not flats. You can hem the bottom if you choose. It’s really up to you :)

Just realized the bottom has somewhat of a pattern so I am not sure you would be able to do a hem.
