2Bella size small light blue blouse with puffy sleeves and cream flower design

I love this top it could be worn off the shoulder or regular the sleeves have ruffles at the end which make them super cute I also think that stuff can be worn for brunch with the girls or just a casual get together with the family. I love the muted colors and the blue and cream go great together!
