Do these run true to size or is it necessary to size up?

@pleflore3 Hi. The shorts run a little small but the top runs consistent with plus size standards. I'm a 3x across the board and I didn't have a problem with the top but the shorts squeezes my leg at the bottom when I sit because I carry my weight in my thighs. I hope that helps.
