2T handmade floral embroidered dress

Adorable and detailed. Floral hand embroidery, with one or two loose threads (see photo.) Possibly Mexican embroidery. Button at back of neck. Can be worn layered as a jumper or pinafore. Cream with a variety of greens and purple embroidery at neck and front skirt. Feels like sturdy 100% cotton or possibly linen blend. No tags.
