2X Pink Floral Print Long Sleeve Cold Shoulder

This adorable piece is by Boutique Plus (JC Penney’s brand.) It is a cold shoulder dress with a bit of a twist. The sleeves are long and have slits and ties at the wrist. The dress is lined with a pink underlay. I might have worn it once to pick up something from work. If measurements are needed, I’m happy to supply them.
