2X Women's Holiday shirt/top

I bought this online without looking at the size chart,I'm so disappointed that it's too small : ( It's marked as a 2x but it runs small, more like an LG/XL ,please check pictures and size chart for correct measurements It didn't come with tags but it's definitely brand new never washed or worn My measurements are approximate Armpit to armpit is 22" Shoulder to hem is 28" Sleeves are 24" It's so cute!! From my smoke-free but cat friendly home Thanks for looking!
