It zips up in the back, and has a hook and eye at the top. the sleeves are modified bell sleeves, and come over your wrists. There is a thin chemise under it, and I think that if you wore black undergarments under it, you would be fine. It fit me, and I'm a 3XL, but I found the top of the sleeves to be a little too tight.
