2b bebe Maxi Dress

2b bebe Maxi Dress. Orange tie dye in color. Built in bust pad; halter neck tie. Only worn twice. I did sew the bust a little so it wasn't so plunging, but will be easy to remove. I would say cup can accommodate up to a C. Measures approx. 52" from top of bust to hem (excluding tie strap)
