jobr1972 @hpoda , the dress has an exceptional amount of stretch to it. But I will measure it tomorrow and provide what it is flat, and what my hip width is. Thanks!!!

jobr1972 @hpoda , so sorry for the late response. The dress at the widest point on the hips, lying flat, is 17" (so 34). My hips are 35". Hope that helps! Per my last message, the dress has a lot of give!! Happy Holidays to you!!
