Size 4 (9-12MOS) sole length 4.75”, suede sole! BRAND NEW with some minor flaws that happened during the sewing process. These flaws are shown in the pics (location of flaws varies from pair to pair), so check them out! At Gracious May all of our shoes are MADE IN USA (we are based in the Dallas area!). Sometimes in the process of making our inventory, a few pairs are marked or scuffed where they shouldn’t be. They are perfectly functional shoes with mild cosmetic imperfections.
