Cute shorts with fringe (Tag says 3T )due to wear I would say fits more like a 2T Has adjustable waist The Oshkosh Jean shorts with the eyelit trim are( 3T ) However, due to wear and wash I would say they fit more like a 2T So both fit like a 2T but tag says 3T ☺️ Never use filters what u see in my closet is what you get
