Hi the one i have inbundke in size USA can your daughter wear bith? i have a 3 year size 9 in shoes skinny minnie but tall? Do you think the USA RED WHITE BLUE would fit on a 3 year?

@smoore1986 hi! That flag outfit is very forgiving. My daughter wore it for Labor Day celebration when she was 3 and then for Memorial Day the next spring. I think it would be ok if she is on the taller side.
