2pc Dress w/ Jacket

Mock turtle neck dress with short sleeves. Bodice is sand color tweedish texture, from hi-waist down is black. The jacket is 34" long, black w/ sand color lapel. 90% Acetate 10% Lycra. Very flattering, slenderizing and comfortable.
