NWT, Black 2 piece velveteen maxi set. Skirt is 37 in. long, slightly flared at the bottom (Trumpet Style). 1 inch elastic waistband.14 in. Waistband lying flat. Top tunic is slightly sheer, not see through, flocked with beautiful design, & gray outlining of pattern. Has 3 inch side slits on both sides of bottom. Tunic length is 24 inches from back of neck to bottom. 60% polyester, 30% nylon, 10% spandex. Originally purchased on QVC. Made in USA.
