2-tier Silver chain with Cross and designed by JS

Not sure who JS is but the necklace looks like sterling silver however I can’t find markings anywhere. Assuming it’s silver plated. It cleaned really well and features a beautiful Cross and a unique chain design that is about 21 inches at its longest tier. I hope it’s not an expensive piece and I am just unaware.
