2x peekaboo shoulder dolman style dress

This dress is fun and fashionable! The top part of the dress is dolman style so it's larger/flowier at top and comes in at waist a bit. There is a tie in back which you can bring around front for side tie accent! Navy blue, white and red blocking pattern! I'm 5'8 and it comes just above my knees. This is a cool poly, rayon, spandex so it is strechy and cooler to touch. I'd recommend an 18/20 plus for this dress. Shoulders have slit, so there is slight peekaboo of shoulderSmoke and pet free home!
