USPS has already picked up packages from our store this morning and the main window at the post offices closes at 10am CST, so it’s already closed. I don’t like to drop expensive jewelry in the parcel drop. I like seeing the mailman actually scan the package. That way I know my customer’s purchases are safe.

grimsleysjewels @katrenaparker04 I’m so sorry yours was stolen!! I know exactly how that feels. Last September, one of our employees wiped out over $250k worth of jewelry in one night! Her & her boyfriend got rid of A LOT of it, before they were caught the next week. It’s been a nightmare! They were finally sentenced last week to 15 years & 20 years, plus $50k each restitution.

katrenaparker04 @grimsleysjewels That is totally wrong..I can’t believe the nerve of people..they just don’t have any respect for anyone anymore..mine were stolen from a friend of my husband..he’s left the state..the police are still looking for him and his wife..they also stole my first ring that my mom bought me for my 16th birthday..I didn’t have the nerve to tell her she just passed away this past October..but thank you so much for your kindness..I wish you luck trying to restock the store..

grimsleysjewels @katrenaparker04 I’m so sorry to hear that. It seems like the people you trust are the ones that will hurt you worst. I really hope they find them and you get your mother’s ring back. I had my grandmothers antique rings she left me in the vault. I thought it was a lot safer to keep them there. None of those were recovered. Luckily, we have some incredible jeweler friends who loaned us enough inventory to keep our doors open until the police released our inventory from evidence.

grimsleysjewels @kamandsam I didn’t want you to think I had forgotten about you. The supplier I got these from didn’t carry them in yellow gold, so I’m checking with other suppliers. I could make it, but I don’t have a CAD mold for it, so it would be considerably more expensive than finding one already made.
