These are wonderful and I love that they’re 100% cotton. They’re absolutely perfect out of the package, but once prepped the snaps irritate my son’s hip bones (he’s near the upper limit at 30 pounds). When washing 100% cotton as directed, shrinkage is inevitable. Expect your child to be grown out of them (or potty training) before 30 pounds. The center pad (as seen in the attached photo) is attached to the Inner. It is tacked down in 5 spots to keep it secure while still allowing for water, detergent, and air to pass through during the cleaning/drying process.
