b16cordova Hi April, I noticed poshmark cancelled your purchase due to a box missing to the pouch. I don’t understand, the box was never included or mentioned on the listing

b16cordova @hmdluxuries No problem. They cancelled because the box was missing on the pouch The pouch did not include the box That is the message I recieved from Poshmark. Did you approved cancellation due to the missing box?

b16cordova @hmdluxuries I’m trying to figure it out who made the decision since I recorded a message from Poshmark stating “ after reviewing your sale we are please to confirm the the items are authentic and we will be shipping to the buyer” and shortly after I recieved another message stating the sale was cancelled due to the missing box for the Louis Vuitton pouch Don’t understand why this sale was cancelled.
