3 carat sapphire estate ring

Beautiful sapphire ring with 5 marquise cut sapphires total carat weight 3ct. Appraisal from 1990 valued at $845. I got compliments on this ALL the time! There is a flaw with the band as depicted in photos - I can't remember if I purchased it like that because it's been in my collection for over 10 years. Pictured with my engagement ring that is shy of 1 carat for reference. I think the 14 carat gold band is a size 7. The sapphires are a very dark blue and almost look black.
