Perfect summer dress that can be dressed up or worn as a casual dress. It's super cute with a floral pattern and adjustable straps and a stretchy back so you can move. Soft 100% cotton. I'm saying it as a Size Small even though the tag says it's a Medium. In my opinion it measures as a small. It measures laying flat from the lowest part of the top of the dress to the bottom 24-25" long and 12-13" across the waist (where the light blue strip is). It has a built in slip and a side zipper.
