Forever 21 size large tie dye cutout t-shirt dress! Curved hem bottom. Cutout chest with choker detail around neck. Only used a couple of times. Does have a small light stain on the backside. It's very light & you really have to look to see it. May come out with a bleach pen, ive never tried! The last 2 photos show the flaw. Comfy & cute, easy to throw on and go. Originally $17.90.
