This skirt is super cute! It's medium blue, zips in the back and is fitted through the waist and hips. A double layer, 6" pleated hemline has a diagonal layer embellished with a little rhinestone button. There is a very thin mark in the front that looks like pen. (reflected 8n price) Poly, rayon, spandex blend. Waist measures 14.5" across and will sit below the natural waistline. Length is 19.5" from waist to hemline.
