*3 for $20* Off the shoulder romper

Just purchased from target, however, just a bit too short for me :( however would go great in summer over a bathing suit or even in the winter paired with tights, booties and a leather jacket or coat! I only wore this once and only washed this once but after the wash and dry I notice a few stays around the trim of the left leg, can be cut and would not notice a thing! (Pictures include damage)
