Vintage Briggs petite 80s 90s office siren black and white checkered houndstooth patterned pencil skirt Above knee pencil skirt but considering it's a petite size- probably knee length on a shorter person High waisted fit Size labeled as 14 petite but keep in mind this is a vintage size petite. I wore this when I was a size 6/8 before I had a baby. Waist measures 14.5 inches flat so listing as 29 inches for size. Well loved both because it's vintage and I used to wear it often with a vintage oversized red blazer and got many compliments from random passerby.
