enchantedwoods Hi, there is no stretch as it is cotton and nylon. How would you like me to measure the arm? Like a straight across measurement when it is laid flat? Thanks for the interest!

dpotatoes114u Yes, If you take your measuring device and measure about 6 inches down from the shoulder seam and then measure with the sleeve flat at that point across it should give a good upper arm measurement. Thank you!
